The Haunted House Conundrum. Alright, I’ve got a question for you. Imagine this. Every October, a group of easily frightened people face their fears and go to the haunted attractions in town. They call themselves The Scaredy Cats, and travel aboard a classic bus. The first stop was Halloween Town which left them shaking. Next, they went on the Midnight Ride which was positively petrifying. And finally, they rolled up to Goblin’s Gate, a place so legendarily spine-chilling it was named “spookiest spot” by all the experts. The Scaredy Cats walk up the hill to the haunted house, and even though they barely open their eyes and scream for nearly an hour straight, they make it through all the rooms. At last, they leave through the towering gate with a banner that reads: EXIT. YOU’VE SURVIVED GOBLIN’S GATE. But Goblin’s Gate has one more scare planned. As the Scaredy Cats are celebrating in the parking lot, the lights go out and the silence is broken by a pack of goblins charging out of the woods. The Scaredy Cats panic, rush into the bus, and reverse before smashing right into the famous gate. Thankfully, no one was hurt but there are serious damages. Goblin’s Gate needs a new…gate and the Scaredy Cats need a new bus. So, who should pay? Option A: The Scaredy Cats. Option B: Goblin’s Gate Haunted House Option C: Split Costs 50-50 Option D: Something Else So, who should pay for the damages caused by the final fright? Are you Team Scaredy Cats, Team Goblin’s Gate, Team Split Costs, or Team Something Else?
