How to shape flagstone for perfect joints METHOD 1

The method: In this video I use a method that works well when joining one side of a paver to meet the shape of an existing one: 1. Place new stone up against existing stone 2. Find greatest distance between two stones 3. Follow the edge of existing stone at that exact distance and scribe with a pencil or chalk 4. I cut with a grinder near outside edges to prevent unwanted breaks 5. I pack underneath the stone to prevent unwanted breaks 6. Chisel the line. You could grind the whole thing but I like a natural rough edge and not a saw cut edge so chiseling is less work in the end. 7. Do a test fit and make small adjustments as needed.
