hello. things have felt heavy lately, and I really needed to take a step back and take care of myself. Here's me reminding you to take some time for some self care activities - whether for you that's journaling , meditating , going out in nature , thorough skin care , working out , etc. Go for it! I always make the excuse that I don't have time to do these things.... but some of the things I did in this video didn't take too long and made me feel significantly better (e.g. that 10 minute meditation helped.... just 10 minutes!).
