When working with power conveyors, rails must be adjusted to accommodate different bottle shapes and sizes. The adjustment of guide rails is a simple procedure. Simple hand knobs can be loosened enough to allow rails to slide in and out depending on the bottle size. Bottles should be positioned in the center of the conveyor belt as issues may occur if containers hang off the edge of the conveyor. Once centered, adjust guide rails and re-tighten hand knobs to secure the rails in place. The rails should support the bottle but not squeeze it or restrict the movement of the bottle in any way.
