This tutorial will introduce you to the 3DView and to patching fixtures in our SweetLight DMX lighting software. First you’ll have to select the fixture you want to patch, select the number of fixtures you’ll need and click on « Patch ». Our 2DView will enable you to organize your equipment. Setting up the 3DView in SweetLight’s software is very easy. Once you’ve opened the 3DView window, you’ll right click to find « Fixture Settings », select the fixtures and set their position on the 3 axes (x, y, z). You can also change the shape of the fixture. Finally, you can change the orientation along the axes.
