San Francisco's Ocean Beach - Virtual Ride and Exploration - It's worth your while

San Francisco's Ocean Beach has the Zoo on one end and the Lands End Golden Gate National Recreation Area on the other. It is located at the western tip of the Golden Gate Park. We use the Bay Wheels app to rent an electric pedal assist bike to explore the beach along the Great Highway which is closed to cars. People love the area to bike, hike, skate, surf, fish and just hang out. There are fire pits right across from the Beach Chalet and the golden gate park. This is where San Francisco goes for sunsets. The Beach Chalet Brewpub is a classic 1930 constructed building retaining the excellent murals of the time. Don't miss it. This is where locals ride bikes, enjoy the sea and beach and just explore and have fun. Bay Wheels is now part of Lift. You can rent a regular bike without the app by just using a credit card but with the app you can rent a pedal assist electric bike and it is really easy to rent and ride. This area has some of the best views in San Francisco. The people living in the Sunset District are lucky for sure. I fell in love with this area while filming this video. Check it out.
