Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos: / @yumrecipes Servings - 4 INGREDIENTS Spilt bengal gram - 100 grams Spilt black gram - 30 grams Water - 500 milliliters Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon Water - 500 milliliters Oil - 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon Ginger - 1 teaspoon Green chili - 1 teaspoon Tomato - 200 grams Salt - 1/8 teaspoon Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Warm water - 150 milliliters Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander - 1 teaspoon Coriander - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams spilt bengal gram, 30 grams spilt black gram and 500 milliliters water. 2. Soak it for 30 minutes. 3. In a pressure cooker, add soaked lentils, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and 500 milliliters water. Stir well. 4. Cover and cook until 3-4 whistles. 5. Release the pressure and remove it from heat. 6. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. Stir well. 7. Add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili and mix it well. 8. Now, add 200 grams tomatoes and stir it well. 9. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder. Mix it well. 10. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. 11. Open the lid and give it a stir. 12. Then, add soaked lentils and mix it well. 13. Add 150 milliliters warm water. Mix it well. 14. Cover and bring it to boil. 15. Cook for 4-5 minutes on high to medium heat. 16. Open the lid and give it a stir. 17. Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon coriander and mix it well. 18. Cook for another 1 minute and remove it from heat. 19. Garnish it with coriander. 20. Serve hot.
