Tecmo Baseball Ahh, Tecmo. Just saying the name brings joy to our hearts. We had some great times with their Bowl and Super Bowl games, let's see how their Baseball entry is. Released only in NA in 1989, Tecmo Baseball was developed and published by Tecmo. The game has three game modes, single player, two player, and watch modes. I never understood the point of a watch mode in older games. Playing as a manager can sometimes be fun, but really, a watch mode on an 8 bit games is just boring. Also, there is a all star mode, which enables you to play as some of the best players at the time. Also, each team plays differently from each other, with stats reflecting the 1987 season. Also, the team names and player names were not licensed, but the player names were made similar but different to actual player names.
