Back at it with Day - 6 day in and day out we are grinding Todays lift was honestly not the best because of the fact that I was missing a lot of weights that I should be able to do. It may not show it in the video but I was definitley frustrated and fighting for every rep during the snatch work. The video was pretty long today because of how many attempts it took me to accomplish the doubles. NONETHLESS I HIT A PERSONAL BESTT! Pretty pumped after the fact and only way is up now.
