Join me in this episode and learn how to make an incredible 10 minute chili oil ramen noodles recipe today! Ingredients: 1L water 50g broccolini 60g smoked tofu 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp sriracha 1 tbsp tahini 1 piece garlic (grated) 1 tbsp + 1 tsp chili oil ( • Most addictive Red Chili Oil Recipe to SPI... ) 100g dried ramen noodles 1/2 stick green onions 1 tsp white sesame seeds Directions: 1. Fill a small pot with the water. Chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces. Thinly slice the smoked tofu. Add both the broccolini and smoked tofu into the small pot of water and bring to a boil 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sriracha, tahini, grated garlic, and 1 tbsp chili oil 3. When the water comes to a boil, add the dried ramen noodles and cook to package instructions (in this case 3mins). Add a couple splashes of the cooking water to the mixing bowl 4. Drain out the water from the noodles and veggies. Transfer to the mixing bowl and gently fold into the sauce.
