Treating honey bees with Oxalic Acid Vapour

This is not a full explanatory video, just a example on how to treat bees. Please don’t use this video as the only source, do your own research and be cautious in handing the Oxalic acid powder or vapour. To treat your hive with oxalic acid you would need a couple pieces of equipment: 1) Oxalic Acid Powder 2) Measuring spoon(1/2 teaspoon) 3) the vaporizer (I have a Provap 110) 4) full face safety mask ( rated against toxic fumes - please make sure yours is rated for Oxalic acid vapours as it is very toxic for your lungs !!!) There are some simple steps 1) seal the hive to prevent the vapour escaping and drill small holes enough for the vaporizer nozzle to enter) 2) heat up the vaporizer and prepare the cups with the Oxalic Acid Powder 3) put on the safety mask 4) connect the cup to the vaporizer and insert it into the hole and over turn it 5) when the temperature comes back to normal take out the vaporizer and leave the hive closed for 10 min.
