How to Make Mexican Pizza on the 36'' Blackstone Griddle Culinary Series | Mexican Pizza Recipe

On this episode of Griddle Food Network Nick aka Chef Round Eye griddles up a Mexican pizza on the 36'' Blackstone griddle culinary series. Check out this great Mexican Pizza recipe. Add this cook to the Blackstone Griddle Recipes. Grocery List: Pizza Dough (This particular dough is roughly 15'' diameter) 4 Jalapenos 4 Chorizo Sausages 8oz Bag of Mexican Cheese (Four Cheese Blend) 8oz Sour Cream 16oz Pico de Gallo Cayenne Pepper 1 Bottle of Ortega Taco Sauce 1 Bag of Tostitos Organic Yellow Chips 1 Bag of Tostitos Organic Purple/Blue Chips Mexican Pizza Marinara Recipe 8oz Sour Cream 16oz Pico de Gallo 3 Tablespoons of Cayenne Pepper 1/2 Cup of Taco Sauce Mix everything up and let it setup the night before (thickens up). What did I well and what I can learn from: Positive: The Mexican Marinara Sauce was excellent. Positive: Had the stone/griddle on one side heated up 30 minutes prior to have to stone over 500 degrees. Positive: The prep on the dough was excellent. Negative: I should have turned off the griddle right before starting to dress up the pizza and instead of 5 minutes. The crust came out well done.
