Also, it's a very relaxing process, which gives us the opportunity to get into a meditative state of mind and helps us release stress and anxiety. That's why I decided to create a series of "how to crochet" videos for beginners. Either you are a man or a woman... Either you are 8 years old or 98... It really doesn't matter! Whoever you are, you can learn how to crochet! You don't need much time, just a few hours per week will be enough! You don't need a special place, a studio, a craft room... Your favorite cozy corner of your home will be the perfect place to start with the crochet lessons! You don't need fancy tools, 800 crochet hooks and a room full of yarn.
