Have you ever had someone in the spiritual community tell you you're doing it wrong? You might’ve just met the spiritual police! In this video, I’m diving into who these individuals are, why they feel the need to critique others’ practices, and what might be motivating their behavior (hint: it’s not what you think). As with many things in life, I believe the key to compassion is understanding. My intention with this video is to offer clarity on why certain behaviors appear in spiritual spaces. By gaining a deeper understanding of these conscious or subconscious behaviors, I hope we can approach individuals with more patience and kindness, rather than judgment or frustration.
