*correction firebrand actually gives 4 reaction power 1+3 and the freeze ray give 7 reaction power 4+7 Honestly do NOT use this tech it is MUCH worse than using a regular nuclear reaction with a timebomb the pros of it is that it does no self damage great at killing greater and below good against crowds and flashy but the cons oh god where do i begin. its rng based 20% of the time and its REALLY skill based, you need to stand still for it to basically suceed and it does horrible against bosses and single target damage AND has horrible anti air capabilities so your better off using the regular nuke also your getting the scatter blaster which is not a bad weapon but Your missing out on slingshot which is one of if not the best weapons in the game and your spending 150 tix for scatter blaster which has better crowd but worse damage reliability and worse mobility overall but hey use it if you think its cool cuz it is.
