Hi folks :) Thought I would share a little side project I've started working on. I recently scored a quality N-old stock facemill for next to nothing on eBay. It didn't come with an arbour, so I've opted to make my own as it gives me the opportunity to omit the taper shank/drawbar setup in favour of direct spindle mounting. This gives me two advantages as it allows for the machining operations, past drilling and boring, to take place on the headstock and dividung head spindles, thereby increasing rigidity and concentricity. Apologies for the re-upload, I spotted a mistake I had missed and had to correct it.
