Broken Ranks came out of nowhere and blew away all of my expectations. Though it's not going to ever be the main stage MMORPG, it's definitely filled with the love and attention that modern games are lacking. If you do decide to try it out, just know that the indie company that has made this work of art is not trying to play into the framework of other MMOs. COMBAT SYSTEM Our unique combat system has been praised by the enthusiasts of both turn-based and action games. Players plan their movements at the same time and have only 10 seconds to do so. When creating your character, you have 7 classes to choose from: barbarian, archer, sheed, druid, voodoo shaman, fire mage, or knight. Each of them uses its own set of unique abilities.
