Speaker Profile Dr Gary O'Reilly is the Director of the Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology at UCD and a Principal Clinical Psychologist at the Children's University Hospital, Temple Street, Dublin. In recent years a significant focus of Gary's work has been on the development of a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Workbook for children and adolescents which is available free-of-charge to people working in clinical settings. Dr O'Reilly has co-edited a number of books including The Handbook of Intellectual Disability and Clinical Psychology Practice (2007) In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
