Fred L Day Landing is also known as the Duck Pond. Located in Cross, SC on Santee Cooper's Lake Moultrie. One of 24 Public Boat Landings located right off Hwy 6. Santee Cooper Lake has 24 Public boat landings on the Lake and a couple on the canal. There is one single boat ramp. No restrooms, no boat dock. But, there is a nice recently remodeled fishing pier curtesy of Mark Dirks. I hate to say it, but this place is known for theft. It's secluded and not much traffic. Be careful leaving your trucks there over night. Hopefully these videos help increase traffic and reduce crime. It's all I can do fellas. Closest bait shop is One stop in Moncks Corner or Henry's in Cross. Please remember there are alligators in Marion. So watch your animals.
