Cycling Chiang Mai (Thailand3)

We cycled with Intrepid and Chiangmai Adventure on the backroads neat Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was 36 degrees C and very hot, but it was great. We visited Huay Tuang Tao lake, Suan Baan Pho, Wat Phra That Chom Kitti and the huge white Buddhist temple. This was quite a steep climb of 400m with the bikes. Overnight at the Royal Ping resort and the next morning through the scenic rice paddies on to one of the most beautiful temples in the north of Chiang Mai province, the beautiful Wat Ban Den temple. From there it was another steep climb of 450 m to the Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Dam and then down to the Bua Tong Sticky waterfalls.
