Easy Herbed Compound Butter for Turkey

In this episode, I talk about the Herbed Compound Butter that I used this year for Thanksgiving. The butter added a lot of herbed flavor to the turkey where it was placed under the skin. The initial butter put on the outside of the skin I think kind of ran off and became a really good flavor enhancer for the drippings and the gravy, but I don't think it hung onto the skin very well.
