Quick unboxing for bowers and wilkins FS-700 S2 Stands which are designed for the 707s2, 706s2, 705s2, 705 S2 Signature. I have owned my Bowers and Wilkins system for about a year now, and before getting my bowers and wilkins 705 S2 speakers I was debating whether I should excuse the idea on purchasing these stands. I thought maybe I could just have my B&W bookshelfs on top of my table. Though that could've worked just fine, I now personally feel the stands were a great addition to these speakers. Flexible for any setup, Built strong plus aesthetically pleasing, and perfectly leveled to the ear. The 705 S2's were my first ever "audiophile" speakers, so the entire experience has been quite new. I can now say having experience going through all my favorite music and movies that speaker placement is key, especially with bower and wilkins speakers. These speakers are incredibly clear, but they are very directional, I'd even go as far as saying these speakers being ear level is essential, while being pointed directly to the person listening... If you own B&W 700 series Bookshelfs or plan on getting a pair, do consider these stands. Not only do they benefit your experience, but they also look incredible!
