In this video I show you how I, in a nordic climate, grow and harvest sweet corn. Last year we were self-sufficiant and I hope we will make it until next summer with this harvest We live in Sweden in hardiness zone 4, internationally it's equal to zone 5. That means we have I short season and growing sweet corn take some planning. The chosen variety of sweet corn is Golden Bantam and it is perfect for our needs. ----------- On this channel I upload videos and timelapses from our homestead sitting on four hectares of land.
