THE POWER OF EQUINOX We're celebrating the autumn equinox the transition from lightness into darkness and I / we will be doing an apple ritual to release anything that's no longer working for us. Very much like the trees that are letting go of their leaves. I will be utilizing an apple 🍎 cut in half to indicate the balance between light and dark, masculine and feminine and our connection to nature and one another. We will then be feeding the apple to the birds by placing it into a tree with the intention of “ May what you release feed the birds. May what you keep feed your soul. May you walk in wholeness and power.”
