They’re sprouting and turning green again after surviving the cold winter. I’m so proud of them! I’m always so in awe of nature. I’ve been working out a lot recently to get ready for tvN’s new variety show 댄스유랑단 (Dancing Queens on the Road). I’m very excited! My heart has been fluttering a lot because I’m also quite nervous, but I’d like to enjoy the precious moments as much as I can. I’m also making sure to eat healthy meals as I work out. I want to share some of them with you because they’re very simple! I didn’t have time to work out when I was filming the JTBC drama Doctor Cha, so I’m trying to regain the muscle that I lost. I can feel my body gaining energy and returning back to how it was every day! Fighting for my Taeng-taengs as well!
