This is an overview of the Laws and Regulations Study Guide Version 3 and the introduction chapter. I hope to help people pass the exam and this study guide is for those who may not have the time to read it or next, it is explained through a video format. I have gathered information for this material based on the Knowledge Expectations found on the DPR website for the QAL/QAC exam which the majority of this information will be focused on answering Additionally, I have not found much other material online that covers this information. I am by no means an expert, but I am currently studying for my PCA and have my QAL, so I know enough to explain most of these concepts. I want to post the entire book before I take my PCA test to review this material as well. If anyone has any questions feel free to reach out to me and I can help in whatever way I can.
