Pete Donnelly has been a wheelchair user since the age of 19, when he broke his back in a motorcycle accident. Two years ago he travelled overland from Bangladesh back to the UK to raise money for charity. He now works as a wheelchair skills adviser for the charity Back Up, which aims to help those who have suffered spinal cord injuries. Here he demonstrates how to make the most of your wheelchair.
