Thank you for joining me as I gratefully harvest lots of goodness from the fruits of my labour and the rich soil of the developing kitchen garden. Eating produce fresh is the best especially from your own yard, but the next best thing is to preserve it whilst it is at its peak for later days to come. The garden is growing well, and that includes the weeds, but the weeds we don’t eat will be worked with on another day. Keeping a slow focus and not becoming overwhelmed is key at this time of year.
