With a total of over 100 varieties for their SteamBoat AND BBQ buffet, you definitely have to give Hao Lai Wu Steamboat & BBQ 好来屋火锅烧烤自助 a try! They have 5 soup bases to choose from, and we chose their herbal chicken soup and mala soup (both highly recommended and popular). Soup are all home-made from scratch and rich in flavour and boiled in their special crystal pot! (Crystal pot is photogenic and insta-worthy haha). Yums! For their mala, they have the "toned-down" version for Singaporeans, and if you can take extra spicy, you can request for extra spicy version! Add noodles (they have VARIOUS kinds of noodles) into the soup and you'll be slurping the noodles away! Not to forget, remember to request at the end for their omelette which is done for you upon request. We loved the omelette. PS: There is also free-flow mantou and condensed milk which is my personal favourite.
