The shocks hold a maximum of 100ml they come factory with 40-50 ml that's what is good for one of those tiny 14 year old Chinese kids putting this thing together they probably only weigh 60 80 pounds I'm telling u if u want a quality ride put 65-70 ml in u will be very please if u weigh 300+ yea go for the 90-100 ml but if u hit a pot hole on the road with 100ml n u weigh less than 200 pounds u r probably going to go ass offer tin cups bc there is just no give in the suspension please be safe out there and I hope this helps alot of people out
