I start off downtown in Osaka, Japan, where I just wolfed down an okonomayaki with tender shrimp and lots of hot sauce. From downtown, I go all the way up the mountain to the impregnable fortress of Osaka, a castle so cleverly built that it was basically a character by its own right in the classic novel of feudal japan, Shogun, by James Clavell. While I am no anjin-san, I also am able to struggle my way to the top and eventually escape Osaka Castle's grounds with my hide intact.
