This is still within a week of the last post, right? The Complete Story of Persona 5 (or Persona 5 Complete) has begun with the Vanilla Section of Persona 5 Royal! Our protagonist Ren Amamiya had just escaped a casino with the help of a mysterious girl, before getting intercepted by police forces! They tell Ren that he was ratted out by one of his teammates before locking him up in jail. After a very unlawful interrogation, Sae Nijima recieves permission to approach Ren for questioning, and insists that he recount everything that happened up to that point, which is where our story begins! After allegedly assaulting a drunk man who was forcing himself upon a woman one night in his hometown, Ren gets arrested and transferred to Yongen-Jaya under probation to be placed under the care of Sojiro Sakura for the coming year. If no more incidents occurred, he would be permitted to return to his hometown. Sojiro registers Ren at Shujin Academy the following day, providing Ren with a room fashioned out of a repurposed attic atop Cafe Leblanc for the duration of his stay. As Ren prepares to start his year at Shujin Academy, a mysterious app finds its way onto his phone, messing with the world around him while it's active and seemingly causing him to have strange dreams about a prison, twin wardens, and a mysterious man. Ren is charged by the mysterious man to complete "rehabilitation" and avoid "ruin" as he awakens for his first day of school... and things begin to get weird.
