While a compliance (excessive movement) is normally the enemy on a race car, when it comes to our DBW throttle setup the vibrations transferred to the unit in a motorsport setting can cause the unit to go into a safety mode which doesn't put the car at risk, but does ruin any chance of setting a lap.
