Hawaiian Airlines 787-9 First Class – Inaugural LAX-HNL flight!

I was lucky enough to fly on ‪@HawaiianAirlines‬ very first 787 flight from Los Angeles to Honolulu in the airline's much awaited new First Class cabin. Originally announced a few years ago, this brand new seat is the same as ‪@qatarairways‬ QSuite on its new 787 fleet, but Hawaiian has decided to deliver a much more comprehensive design palette. While this was a domestic First Class flight, the airline will also use the same product on International flights in the near future, with flights to destinations such as Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul and Auckland too. Was the seat enough to steal the show? Well we found that a mix of crew, service and seat came together to provide a pretty memorable experience. Sadly, there's no lounge in LAX, but thanks to ‪@amex‬ I was able to access the Centurion Lounge before the flight. What better way to head to Hawaii?
