I had an idea months and months ago. What if our company had a person in charge of the happiness of our patients? It became a bit of an obsession and over the next 8 months or so a system developed and Seoul Guide Medical found our first Happiness Manager. The program has been now implemented for our plastic surgery and hair transplantation patients. It is working even better than expected and we hope to expand this program to our skin, dental and laser eye surgery departments in the future.
