The Strf 9040B was added to the Swedish tank tech tree in update Ground Breaking. It is essentially a lighter 9040C that has less armor (which wasn't very useful anyway) and a less powerful round, but at a battle rating of 8.3 instead of 10.0. Needless to say, it's quite powerful.
