Im planning a trip to the Ice castle and I want to go Dressed as Elsa from Frozen to take a few pictures! Last year when I went to the ice castles, it was really really cold, and this year I intend on wearing an off the shoulder dress as my Elsa cosplay, so I decided to try and make a quilted petticoat to wear under the cosplay in an attempt to stay warm!
