An epic metal cover & medley of the Invading Tyrant, Bazelgeuse, from Monster Hunter World Iceborne & Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak! ● Join the Discord server (The Blue Room): / discord ● My Patreon page: / lucaskleffert ● Subscribe: https://bit.ly/336D7iZ ● Instagram: / lkleffert ● X: / lucaskleffert ● Twitch: / lucasician _________________________________________________ Channel & End Screen arts by Camille: / camille_illustration It's been months since I've teased it for the first time and it's finally unleashed, so please show some love for the first cover of 2023 and the longest cover of the channel yet! Funnily enough, the video recording and the editing took me less time than some way shorter videos did (even if you can spot some playing mistakes here and there). The medley is put together as follows: 0:00 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme (Intro) - Monster Hunter Rise 0:15 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme - Monster Hunter World 2:07 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme (The Chase) - Monster Hunter World 3:05 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme (The Chase) - Monster Hunter Rise 3:45 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme (Intro) - Monster Hunter World 3:59 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme - Monster Hunter Rise 5:59 : Bazelgeuse Battle Theme - Monster Hunter Orchestra Concert Hunting Music Festival 2021 This monster and its theme had to grow on me for a long time before I really started to appreciate them. Now I love them both and I tried my best to pay them a wonderful tribute with this cover. You voted for it, so here it is! And bonus point: this piece greatly uses 7/4 measures! Looking back at it, the most difficult part of the piece might be to work on the chase themes. They're quite stationary themes and it can become a restless challenge to find ideas of arrangements that will make them as valuable, likeable and epic as the main themes. Finding riffs was the big deal because they are the foundations that will make your arrangement boring or not. I didn't go too far-fetched as I mostly follow the rhythm of the strings section (for World's chase theme), but this is actually pretty hard to keep up the pace of this particular riff if I'm not 100% focused on it. Listening to the whole thing now makes me happy and proud of what I've done and it shows me that work and patience paid off! Oh and I also reworked a bit - again - my bass sound and I definitely reached a better tone imo. The bass is now more present without adding too much boom and has a more saturated sound that pleases my ears. On another note and, as I told in the last community post, my schedule is currently a bit of a mess because a lot of projects and personal stuff are happening at the same time, plus I have to work hard at university. Not gonna lie, this is becoming overwhelming and I wish I had more time to spend on producing covers. Add to this the "funny" fact that most of the future covers are going to be longer pieces like Bazelgeuse, meaning that they demand even more time to be spent on, so I constantly need to re-evaluate and to adapt my schedule. I am still working on the next ones and my ideal world would be me posting a new cover every two weeks or so. Sometimes it will be possible and sometimes not, at least until end of May. That being said, there's two things I am sure about: 1. You will freaking love them. I saw a clear progress in myself and the covers I produced recently, and I take more and more initiatives during the creative process and the rearrangement so I am confident about the way they will be received. 2. 1,000 subs milestone is going to happen this year, I'm calling it. I'm 100% sure about that. The actual number doesn't really matter but what it implies does. I should be elligible to monetisation and I am also preparing some interesting-cool-nice-awesome-whateveryouwannacallit bonus stuff for you that will also allow you to support me even more in the future. I would love to launch it around the same time I reach this milestone, so I hope it won't take too much time to be ready haha. Again, if you want to know about what I'm up to during these current times then I encourage you to follow me on Instagram! Anyway feel free to share my work to the largest amount of people you know and think would be enjoying it, this the first step towards the greater era of our journey! _________________________________________________ PLAYLISTS: ● PokéRemix - Pokémon Epic Metal Covers: • Pokémon Epic Metal Covers ● MonsteRemix- Monster Hunter Epic Metal Covers: • Pokémon Epic Metal Covers ● Medleys & Arrangements: • Epic Metal Covers: The Medleys _________________________________________________ #MonsterHunter #MonsterHunterWorld #MonsterHunterRise #Metal #Cover
