Day 2 | Recovery Meditation — Just Me and You This morning I began my day in sacred practice with Benjamin, grounding my spirit through meditation on the beach as the sun rose and the waters spoke. 🌊 This is Day 2 of my Recovery Meditation—a deeply personal journey of restoration, remembrance, and realignment. 2025 marks the expansion of my physical and spiritual world. While I am a Spiritual Teacher and Healer, I am also human—and I must heal too. I remain committed to my own recovery, even while navigating spiritual attacks and energetic challenges. My discipline is my protection. I maintain a daily practice of healing modalities, prayer, and spiritual study. Today’s training came through watching old Asian films, receiving wisdom through movement, stillness, breath, and ancestral memory. From there, I entered prayer with my Spiritual Guides, allowing clarity, strength, and divine instruction to come through. This meditation is raw. This practice is real.
