Delicious Masoor Dal Dosa - A protein-rich and fiber-rich recipe that's perfect for a healthy meal. It’s easy to make, nutritious, and tastes amazing. Serve it with your favorite chutney or sambar for a wholesome breakfast or dinner. Enjoy this power-packed dosa! 🥣 INGREDIENTS: Masoor Dal Dosa:- ✅ 1 cup masoor dal (red lentils) ✅ ½ cup oats ✅ 1-inch piece ginger ✅ ¼ tsp turmeric powder ✅ Salt (to taste) ✅ 1 cup water (for soaking) ✅ ½ cup water (for grinding, as needed) ✅ Oil (for cooking) ▶️Instructions: Rinse masoor dal thoroughly and soak it in 1 cup of water for 30 minutes to 1 hour (or more). Transfer the soaked dal to a blender along with water or you can drain the water. Add oats, ginger, turmeric powder, and salt. Pour ½ cup of water (adjust as needed) and grind into a smooth batter. Batter is ready. It can be used immediately. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on medium heat. Lightly grease with oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it thinly in a circular motion. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute if needed. Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy the crispy and delicious Masoor Dal Dosa with the spicy coconut chutney! **************************************** Spicy Coconut Chutney: 🥣 INGREDIENTS: ✅ ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera) ✅ 4 large garlic cloves ✅ 4 dried red chilies (mix of spicy & Kashmiri chilies) ✅ ½ cup fresh grated coconut ✅ 1 small grape-sized tamarind ✅ Salt to taste ✅ 1 tsp oil (for roasting) ✅ ½ cup water (adjust as needed) For Tempering: ✅ ½ tsp mustard seeds ✅ Few curry leaves ✅ 1 tsp oil ▶️Instructions: Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, garlic, and red chilies. Roast for 1-2 minutes until aromatic Transfer the roasted ingredients to a blender. Add coconut, tamarind, salt, and ½ cup water. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed. Heat 1 tsp oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds, let them splutter, then add curry leaves. Pour this tempering over the chutney and mix well.
