this is my second experience as an au pair and its been such a blessing so far, id love to answer any questions about this type of cultural exchange! swiss muesli recipe: 6 tbsp oats, 6 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp greek yogurt ratio 1/2 grated apple optional additions: cinnamon, hemp/ chia seeds, protein powder, frozen fruit mix all together until desired consistency (will thicken over night) date bark: flatten out medjool dates spread peanut butter & chocolate freeze and your all done!
