Blacksmith Matt Lukes from Canada gifted me some awesome hand-forged arrow heads in Medieval style and in this video I show how I fit hand made arrowheads to arrow shafts and fletch them. I describe the simple techniques I use to fletch arrows, fit arrowheads and strengthen the nock if necessary. I show the materials I use including feathers, buffalo-horn strengtheners, blacksmith forged arrowheads and adhesives plus the tools and jigs that can aid production. Using carefully selected wooden arrow shafts suitable in spine, length and diameter, these techniques will produce a realistic looking arrow that can be used for clout shooting or similar when loosed from a heavy English longbow - the famous warbow.
