Recently, his research has concentrated on cancer biology, understanding how the molecular differences between cells can result in different cellular behaviors, including those leading to disease and relapse. His team develops and applies a mix of cellular imaging, sequencing and related techniques to observe biological processes within single cells. Dr. Raj is an Associate Professor of Bioengineering and Genetics at The University of Pennsylvania.
