Encore Mode Remixed is a Stage Pack Mod created by Digital Phantom, featuring The Limitless Palette, a Character Skin Pack made by Bunstar. #sonicmaniaplus #sonicmaniaplusmods "Find Encore Mode boring? Think the levels are still too easy? Then this mod is for you!" Encore Mode Remixed tweaks each level to force the player out of their comfort zone. Like normal Encore, levels retain their base layouts, however, small changes and gimmicks are added to make the player act quickly. Changes vary from harder boss fights, death pits, new enemy placement, routes blocked off, brand new routes, etc.. Explore the levels to find new areas! Some aesthetical changes were made as well; some backgrounds are more detailed or changed entirely! Also, Oil Ocean Act 2 now has vertical movement! Note: This does not work properly on Mania mode. Always play with Encore Mode. Some changes made in each zone: • Angel Island has you take Knuckles route, the Act 2 boss has the raised platforms removed. • Chemical Plant has some routes reworked to be more challenging. You fight two AmoebaDroids. • Studiopolis has most of the lowest routes reworked, middle route near the beginning is blocked off. The background skyscrapers were raised higher. • Flying Battery Act 1 & 2 has both of their main routes blocked, forcing you to take a new exterior route. The Act 2 boss has spikes on both sides, constantly. • Press Garden Act 1 & 2 has a few routes reworked with more gimmicks, the presses require more patience, Act 1 boss is doubled. • Stardust Speedway has a remastered background, new starting route, upper and lower routes reworked. • Hydrocity Act 1 & 2 has new enemy placement and reworked routes. • Mirage Saloon Act 1 & 2 has routes blocked off. • Oil Ocean has the boundary raised (don't step in the oil ocean), Less smog-clearing pulleys in Act 2. Act 2 background has vertical movement. • Lava Reef Act 1 has more spike balls. Act 2 makes you take Knuckles route. • Metallic Madness Act 1 has harder background segments. You start Act 2 shrunken. Act 1 has an outdoor background, similar to MMZ Past from Sonic CD. Act 2 has a new background. • Titanic Monarch "Sentrybug noises" - = Quick Note = What feels like the first time in a really long time, I apparently encountered a soft-lock in the Studiopolis transition to Flying Battery cutscene.
