If you're like most of the midlife women I work with, you are already fairly self-aware. You've already done quite a bit of internal growth work or inquiry. You may have done a lot of therapy, you've read books, you've gotten degrees. You know how to work hard. You know how to do hard things. You know how to show up for people. But you don't show up for yourself. You devalue your own wants and needs and you don't really know what to do about this problem.
