1988 Honda Big Red Restoration - This RARE ATC 250ES goes off for blasting and powder coating!

What have I done?!?! I must have said that dozens of times as I tore down this rare 88 Big Red... discovering how rusty and crusty it truly was. Lots of challenges and fights with stuck bolts and other obstacles... BUT! We came out VICTORIOUS!! Well, so far so good we'll say. In this video you'll see me tour the shop of my buddy Mike Wood, owner of Capital Region Customs. He does all my powder coating and is amazing. He's located in Amsterdam NY, so if you're near by and need something done call him at 518-866-6186. Also, you'll see me try 4 or 5 of the 7 times it took to weld a nut on a broken exhaust stud and get it backed out of engine. It was a hard fought victory, but it was a victory nonetheless!! BUT... that is about when the project was back burnered to work on my daughter's custom pink ATC 70 in order to get it done for Trike Fest... That was worth it, but all this footage lingered just waiting to be put together into a video... well, here it is!! Enjoy! #honda #rust #project
