Most of the projects starts after midnight or during vacation period so there are less traffic on roads. Each arrows mark costs around 200 SEK ($18)! And each meter of the ViaTherm thermoplastic material road marking lines costs around 70 SEK ($7) / Meter! In this project they used a new thermal material called HotMix. The material is supplied ready to use without the admixture of any other component. HotMix quickly hardens after application, thereby minimizing traffic disturbance. Neither the organic pigments nor the other components of ViaTherm or HotMix thermoplastic road marking are harmful to the environment.
