Silent Hill f (2025) New Game: fresh new game. Action Difficulty: Hard. Unfortunately you cannot choose Lost in the Fog as the action difficulty in the first playthrough even if you beat the game. Puzzle Difficulty: Lost in the Fog. All documents and cutscenes related to the first playthrough. All optional trophies that can be done in the first playthrough are done here. No Damage: no health damage is taken. Segmented: the run was done using manual saves. Ending #1 ("Coming Home to Roost") - this is the only ending you can get in a new game. Played on PC Steam version using a PS5 controller.
