I knew that I wanted to do something equally special at World Championships in Korea 2023, but it had to be something new! What could it possibly be? Finally, the idea came to me - a CUBING ANTHEM. Something cubers could sing and be proud of, because it captured the essence of who we are and why we cube. Our obsession with speed, pushing limits, the worldwide reach of this sport, and why it is we rejoice no matter who breaks a record. A song that would celebrate the cubing legends (I wish I could've included so many more) and of course be filled with references that only cubers would get. I am indebted to my good friend Maitlohn Drew, an incredible music educator and director in Brisbane, who helped me bring this song to life. Everything he touches is magic.
