According to Bankrate’s latest national survey of mortgage lenders, today’s interest rate for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell 13 basis points, to 3.75 percent - down from last week’s 3.88 percent. Our experts gave us their predictions on whether rates will rise, fall or stay flat next week.
